Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements used.

For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to buy a new item, like an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for another of the same type, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they don't retain the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or bought at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of an item, for example increasing its damage.

Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by melee and weapons while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To produce them, you require a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades require a common item upgrader. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next Success is being rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They can also be purchased by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item upgrader mod will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to get an advantage in battle without straining their accounts. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item to the new gear.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are many ways to acquire them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. The process will continue until the item upgrade reaches its highest level.

Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each upgrade, the stats of the base item will increase by an amount of. The highest level for an Best item Upgrade is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available for it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional effect or bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item type but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide more effects or an improved level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further improve the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", however, increases weapon damage.

Some items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of that item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
